The Marlow Players’ production of Fred Carmichael’s ‘Out of Sight, Out of Murder’ was a huge success. Many thanks must go to the cast – who have rehearsed for over three months – and to the crew – whose backstage skills and commitment ensured a production of the highest standard.
The play itself was a masterpiece of mystery and humour and each member of the cast played his/her role to perfection! All those rehearsals paid off!! The impressive lighting and sound effects added to the drama and suspense.
The team effort involved – including the Get-in and Get-out – showed the commitment of many of our members to the Society. A huge Thank you from The Chairman to you all!!
Our audiences loved the play and were extremely complimentary about the high standard of acting and of the production in general. Thank you again to everyone whose effort made this so worthwhile!!
Our next theatrical event is Les Baladins’ production of ‘Weekend’ (Noel Coward’s ‘Hay Fever’ in French!) at Bourne End Community Centre on 14th May at 8 p.m. See our announcement below.
We hope as many people as possible will support the production of this very talented group!
